Gentle machine drying. Drying is allowed only at low temperatures, to avoid shrinkage of the product. Dry in a straightened form away from heat and light sources. Iron at medium temperature with maximum heating up to 200°C Steam can be used.

It is recommended to wash the product gently, not higher than 30°C, using a mild detergent. Do not wash together with products of other materials. Pre-soak heavily soiled fabric in water with liquid detergent. In case of persistent stains, use a stain remover.

Delivery of preserved plant arrangements within Dubai is carried out within 24 hours after placing an order on our website. You can also schedule a specific date and time for delivery in advance — we will take your preferences into account and ensure timely arrival of your order. Delivery to other Emirates is available upon request — please contact us to discuss the details and available options.

Once an order has been delivered in good condition it cannot be returned and is not eligible for a refund due to the fragile preserved flowers. We reserve the right to accept or reject a return or refund request at our own discretion.

If applicable refunds will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the credit card.
